Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a PART TIME position: hours will be 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday-Thursday. Occasionally will need to work a fill day. As a Dental Assistant at B2B Dental, you will play a crucial role in supporting our doctors and hygienists while ensuring an outstanding patient experience. Prior experience in a dental setting REQUIRED, minimum of 2 years experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist dentists and hygienists during dental procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
Take and develop dental X-rays.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Provide chairside assistance to the dental team.
Maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited dental assistant program.
X-ray certification is required for the State of TN.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
